Cynthia is a versatile author, poet, and editor, exploring many themes and genres. Her upcoming novel, Vanishing Daughters, publishes in March, 2025, via Thomas & Mercer. Other recent works by Ms. Pelayo include Forgotten Sisters, Loteria, the Chicago Saga books, and Into the Forest and All the Way Through, among several other current and upcoming works.
