Kali Wallace is a Philip K. Dick Award-winning author and geophysicist. She writes science fiction, fantasy, and horror novels for adults, teens, and children, as well as a number of short stories and essays. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
Kali’s science fiction horror-thriller Dead Space won the 2022 Philip K. Dick Award. She is also the author of the sci-fi horror Salvation Day, young adult novels Shallow Graves and The Memory Trees, and the children’s fantasy novels The Secrets of Underhill and City of Islands. Her short fiction has appeared in Clarkesworld, F&SF, Asimov’s, Lightspeed, and Reactor. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
